    MHA has developed a survey format that follows IRS 990 Schedule H requirements. Associations have the flexibility to choose whether survey participants will report on a per-hospital basis or as a system hospitals.

    Standard reports for hospital data, peer group comparisons, and statewide totals can be run using the reporting feature. Your association can create a custom report to meet the specific data needs in your state. Reports can be run in a PDF or Excel format for your convenience.

    Community Benefits Tracker has a built-in email feature that allows association staff to quickly and easily email survey contacts. Association staff can email hospital specific reports securely during and after survey completion.
     

  • Monitor member survey information
    The Association Survey Management feature gives your association staff the ability to view, at a glance, the status of survey completion per hospital in your state. No need to wonder which sections are completed as you can easily see the progress in this module.
     

  • Capture statewide community benefit stories
    When numbers don't tell the whole story the easy-to-use story editor gives survey participants the ability to submit human interest stories for inclusion in statewide reports and publications. Community Benefits Tracker collects both text and digital pictures for future use.
     

  • Easily post messages to share information with survey participants
    The homepage content editor allows association staff to dynamically communicate with survey participants and users through postings of announcements, documents, links, and messages.
     

  • On-site "what counts" training for hospitals
    MHA provides one day of on-site training for survey participants to support your association's collection efforts. Training includes comprehensive education regarding what counts as a community benefit, financial data collection, and how to use the Community Benefits Tracker Survey Module. (Additional days and travel expenses not included in pricing.)

    MHA staff are available via toll-free customer service line, email, and webcasts from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. (Exclusive of holidays).

    We reduce your technical support workload by hosting Community Benefits Tracker on our secure Web servers. No need to install software or involve internal IT resources. Software updates and enhancements are automatically included. You have immediate access to the data and reports.

    The system provides easy and secure access for survey participants to enter and edit their community benefits information directly online. There is no need for association data entry.
